Villain doubled up, and started to mini raise pre-flop multiple times. BTW he doubled hitting a gut-shot on the river so he seems kinda loose post-flop.

TT is very good vs villain's average range, but raising this middle pockets OOP on SNG don't bring me good results.

Either calling or raising are fine. TT don't play too well on the flop out of position, so I would probably go for a raise, to 180 or so. On any favorable board I would shove.

Call, unless the villain is very aggressive post-flop and he may bluff us on scary boards. If that's the case then 3Bet pre-flop, and depending on the flop, Check-fold/shove.

I would always 3Bet here, in this Turbo SNG and on a blind stealing situation. And If the villain is miniraising frequently then that's one more reason for choosing this line.
