SB built his big stack playing aggressively like this. He was very active, but he didn't show any weak hand so I'm not sure he was lucky or bluffing.

In this hand he is check-raising vs an UTG opener. There are available draws. So, how would you proceed?

This is a tournament (a low entry one), the pot is huge, the board is coordinated, you have an overpair, conclusion: CALL

+1, I would call instantly. You have like 2:1 pot odds, just call.

When you have KK in this tournament stage and the pot is so big you can't fold.

Call, a fold is out of the question.
